Little Lamb Pin - 1"

(Due to the nature of this pin, we are only accepting donations/tips of any amount during checkout. Look for the "add a tip" selection prior to payment.)

For centuries of Christian art, a lamb at rest has been the symbol used on grave carvings and statuary to depict the loss of an infant or child, as believing parents commit their soul to the tender care of the Great Shepherd who "shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young." - Isaiah 40:11

This is a pin that I wish was never needed.

Until that final enemy of death is finally swallowed up in the victory of eternal and everlasting life, when death shall be no more, we remember the little ones whom Christ calls unto himself.

Christ have mercy.

Lord have mercy.
